- We usually start the tour at 7:30 am from Lviv. During this trip, you will get acquainted with the most famous and important landmarks of Transcarpathian Ukraine.
- The first sight on our way is the palace of Shenborns in Chynadiyovo. The castle, built in the 19th century, is located on the territory of the sanatorium Katrpaty. It has been extant in perfect condition and amazes with its sophistication.
- Then we take a tour to Mukachevo, including the castle “Palanok” (XIV-XVIII centuries). It’s one of the best-preserved castles in Europe at present. Located on the hill, it’s been seen from almost any part of the town. It played very different roles in the region and used to be a home for nobles, a fortress, a prison, a headquarters during the war, a barracks, and an agricultural college, which turned into a museum.
- After lunch, we go sightseeing in Uzhgorod, including its ancient castle dated XV-XVIII centuries. The palace itself stands on the edge of the steep northern slope of Castle Hill. This massive two-story building in the Renaissance style follows the outline of the fortress. The beautiful green and cozy park, where you will be able to relax and observe the panorama of Uzhgorod town, surrounds the castle.
- Tired but full of great impressions, we return to Lviv at around 21:30.
